You agree to provide accurate and complete registration info.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

All new accounts must be verified via an OTP sent to your email. Unverified accounts may be limited or removed.

3. Credits & Payments

All services are accessed using prepaid credits.
Credits are non-refundable and may expire after the stated period.
It is your responsibility to track your credit balance and expiry.

4. Prohibited Conduct

By using this service, you agree not to:

Hack, reverse engineer, or overload the system.
Use bots or automation tools to scrape data.
Submit false or misleading information.
Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Prices are based on live market data and may change.

6. Limitation of Liability

PGM Recycling shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses incurred by your use of this service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Johannesburg.
