• Crédits are non-refundable once purchased
• Crédits may expire after the stated validity period
• It is your responsibility to track your credit balance and expiry dates
• We accept payments via PayFast and other approved payment methods
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

By using our services, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Hacking or reverse engineering any part of our system or infrastructure
• Using bots, scrapers, or automation tools to extract data from our platform

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Catalytic converter prices are based on live market data and may change frequently
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PGM Recycling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• We provide pricing information "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided on our platform
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for credits in the preceding 12 months

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa
• You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts
• If any provision of these terms is trouvé to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect
